Saturday May 29th
Plan your look and battle it out live, at the con!
Each team consists of 1 make-up artist and model they supply. 1 hour to complete the look. Must bring all their own supplies. Certificates for all and great prizes for the winners.
Sunday May 30th
Chaos Edition – create a look from a surprise bag!
Each team consists of 1 make-up artist and model they supply. 1 hour to complete the look. Must use surprise components, but artists may bring their own adhesives and makeup (no prosthetics). Certificates for all and great prizes for the winners.

Admission ticket to the convention is required to participate in SFX Battle competitions. Models will NOT be required to be masked during the competition, but make-up Artists will be expected to follow all COVID policies in place during event.
Cosplay Contest
Show off your most horror-iffic cosplays and win great prizes!
Cosplay Contest Judging will take place with our friends at The Variant: 1 – 4 pm on Saturday | 10 – 2 on Sunday
Our Top entrants will walk the main stage prior to winner announcements at 5 pm on Sunday.
Kids Cosplay Parade will take place on Saturday, May 29th, at 1:15 on the main stage following Storytime with Krampus!
HORROR MOVIE PREMIERES DURING CON WEEKEND
Our movie premieres during con weekend will be held at Alamo Drafthouse Raleigh! They're serving up delicious food and killer drinks each night, along with these special movie events.
TICKETS FOR THESE SPECIAL EVENTS ARE LIMITED.

Premiere of Kill Giggles and a never before seen, inside look at the film.
Writer/Director Jaysen Buterin will be on hand along with film stars Felissa Rose and Vernon Wells for a Meet & Greet.
Saturday, May 29th
7:00 pm
Watch a special double feature of Remnants and the premiere of Bloody Summer Camp.
Includes a Meet & Greet with the stars of Bloody Summer Camp, Felissa Rose and Dave Sheridan, as well as cast and crew from both films.
All ticket holders to either of these events will receive an EXCLUSIVE poster and the chance to win other great prizes.

Terrifying experiences surround the Thomas family (James, Jennifer and little Danny) when temporally residing in an old family estate. They encounter the disturbing spirits of nine dead children, only to be compounded by something far more sinister and far more deadly.
Killer Clues is an interactive game where our vendors are Witnesses who have the clues to help find the killer.
- Our helpful Reapers will be offering Killer Clues envolopes near the entrance of the event – or just look for the Killer Clues booth to get started.
- Search for clues around the con’s huge vendor floor and convince the Witnesses to give you a clue!
- To earn your clue, you might need to perform an action – sing a song, play trivia, tell a favorite horror movie quote, find the hidden something.
- Redeem each clue you find for prize entries. Prizes are valued at around $25 – but we may bundle some into larger prizes!
- Non-winning entries carry over into additional drawings – so play early!
